- à Besançon : stand et une distribution de tracts  pour l'abolition de la viande, de 14h30 à 16h, par - 10°, Place du 8 septembre, organisé par une toute nouvelle asso qui va sans doute s'appeler "le cable", sur un mode de questionnement des passant-e-s : "Si demain on abolissait la viande, qu'en penseriez-vous ?" ; un nombre étonnant de personnes répondaient qu'elles mangeaient de la viande, mais qu'elles étaient favorable effectivement à une abolition.

Le principe est de se tenir debout sans bouger avec les panneaux qui indiquent le nombre d'animaux tués par seconde, minute, heure, mois, année pour la viande, en France. Cette marche aura deux couleurs : Une couleur sombre qui rappellera la tuerie planétaire des animaux, avec visuels appelant à l'abolition de la viande. Une couleur vive sur le thème "La fin de la viande, c'est pas la mort !" qui rappellera que de ne plus manger de viande, c'est possible et ça rendrait le monde plus vivable.

Lying nearly naked on large trays and covered with clear plastic in front of signs reading, "Meat Is Murder," PETA members will mimic typical meat packages on Wednesday in front of the JBS Swift slaughterhouse in Louisville in support of World Week for the Abolition of Meat. Other PETA members will distribute leaflets to passersby. The activists aim to demonstrate that all animals—including humans—are made of flesh, blood, and bone; that animals have the same senses and range of emotions as humans do; and that when you eat meat, you are eating a corpse. The packages will feature oversized price stickers that warn, "Billions of Animals Are Abused and Violently Killed Because You Eat Meat. Get Help! Visit GoVeg.com."
